Coming August 2025 Middle School Luau will now be held in Cullman, Alabama—and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever!
The Scout Center – Cullman, AL
This spacious venue offers both indoor and outdoor areas, allowing us to create an even more immersive and fun luau experience! With stronger volunteer support and a more budget-friendly location, we’ll be able to expand our capacity and elevate the event with enhanced decorations, themed activities, and plenty of space to celebrate.

Even though we’re moving out of Huntsville, we want to assure you that this luau is open to all middle schoolers, regardless of where you're from. We can’t wait to welcome you to this tropical celebration in its new home!

Aloha, middle schoolers!
Join us for an unforgettable night of island fun at the T.H.E. Middle School Luau, now at The Scout Center in Cullman! This tropical celebration is set to be our biggest yet, with exciting activities both inside and out.
Outdoors, enjoy friendly games of basketball, hands-on fun at the LEGO and craft stations, cool down with Kona Ice snow cones, and cap off the evening with a cozy movie under the stars.
Inside, step into a lush, island-inspired setting complete with festive photo booths, a vibrant dance floor, and plenty of food to keep the party going.
Whether you want to dance the night away, get creative with crafts, or just chill with friends, there’s something for everyone at this fun and festive night designed just for middle school homeschoolers!
Come dressed in your luau best and get ready to say ALOHA to summer fun!

Is there a dress code? No. Dress comfortably for tropical fun, but no bathing suits
Who can attend this event? All Alabama and Tennessee Valley area homeschool middle school students, (ages 12 to 14) regardless of cover school. Homeschoolers may invite up to two non-homeschooled guests. Again, this event is for middle school ONLY. How much are the tickets? A limited number of Early Bird tickets will be available for $15 on Jun 1 for website subscribers. Regular price tickets are 20.00 and late tickets are 25.00
How will I check in at the dance? You must print your tickets to hand in at the check-in station, or you can show us the QR code on your phone.
Tickets can be printed when you purchase your ticket.
Will food be served? YES! Menu TBA
Can parents attend this event? NO, as with all our events, this is a time for friends to hang out with each other. Parents may attend if they chaperone or volunteer. Timeless Homeschool Events take the safety of your children VERY seriously!! Where does my parent drop me off and pick me up? Parents may accompany their children to check-in. Parents will be required to pick their child up from the same check-in area at the end of the party. Pick-up is no later than 9:00 p.m. If an attendee leaves before 9:00 p.m., they cannot return to the party. We will NOT allow any child to meet their parent in the parking lot area for safety reasons. All pick-ups must be done in the front area where the chaperones are located. (Strictly enforced)
What kind of music will be played? Can I make requests? Music for the uaul will be provided by a professional DJ, who will play various songs. There will be no profanity; radio edits of songs will be played. The Planning Committee (comprised of parents and teens) works closely with the DJ to ensure no offensive music is played. You may make song requests by emailing committee@timelesscullman.org;THE Committee will consider all requests for appropriateness.
Will there be a professional photographer? No. We will have a photo station set up . We will have a volunteer available to take pictures with our digital camera and will upload to a private page for parents to download. Of course, if your child has a cell phone, they are welcome to take pictures independently.
Will there be chaperones? Yes, there will be chaperones at the party. Chaperones are selected from adult volunteers at the sole discretion of the Planning Committee. Most of our chaperones have volunteered with Timeless Homeschool Events for several years. If you would like to serve as a chaperone for the this event please contact timelesshomeschoolcullman@gmail.com. Please contact us if you have special needs, questions, or concerns. Timeless Homeschool Events has a ZERO tolerance policy for any BULLYING, alcohol, drugs, smoking, or misconduct. Our chaperones will escort anyone necessary to the front. We will call your parent to come and pick you up from the party. NO weapons, including any gun or knife, of any sort, any kind, in any form, are allowed on the premises for any reason whatsoever. Public displays of affection are unacceptable. This includes sitting on laps, making out, and inappropriate dancing (grinding, moshing, dirty dancing, twerking, etc..) Outside food and drink are not allowed. Any complaints or concerns should be brought directly to a Planning Committee member or chaperone. Enjoy yourself and be considerate of everyone else!

Participation Waiver and Acknowledgment
By allowing my child(ren) to participate in Timeless Homeschool Events (Cullman), I understand and accept that, as with any group activity, there is a small risk of injury. I agree to release and hold harmless Timeless Homeschool Events (Cullman), its organizers, volunteers, teachers, and representatives from any claims or liability related to injury or other incidents that may occur during these activities.
I also understand that I am not permitted to bring legal action against the individuals or organizations involved for incidents covered under this release.
Additionally, I agree to take responsibility for any actions caused by my child(ren) during participation and will not hold Timeless Homeschool Events or its team members responsible for any resulting claims.
By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the nature of the activities and accept the risks involved with my child(ren) participating.
