Timeless Homeschool Events
Code of Conduct & Event Policies
At Timeless Homeschool Events, our mission is to create safe, welcoming, and memorable experiences where homeschool teens can connect, celebrate, and build lasting friendships. To maintain that environment, all attendees, teens, and parents must agree to the following Code of Conduct and policies:
Respect & Community Standards
-
Treat every attendee with kindness, dignity, and courtesy.
-
Gossip, rumor-spreading, or speaking negatively about other teens, parents, or Timeless itself is not permitted.
-
Bullying, targeting, or mocking others—in person or online—will not be tolerated. This includes exclusion, name-calling, “jokes” at someone’s expense, or spreading rumors.
-
Words said in chats, texts, or social media can harm just as much as words spoken at an event.
-
Timeless is a neutral, bipartisan organization. We do not take sides in outside group conflicts. Our name should not be used in drama between families or co-ops.
-
We ask that all concerns regarding Timeless or our volunteers be addressed directly with us. This ensures matters are resolved with honesty and respect, rather than through rumor or misunderstanding.
Safety & Conduct Standards
-
ZERO tolerance for alcohol, drugs, smoking, or misconduct. Violators will be escorted out immediately, parents will be contacted, and no refund will be issued.
-
ALL vapes will be thrown away. If you are caught with a vape inside our events, you will be removed and banned from all Timeless events.
-
NO weapons of any kind (guns, knives, etc.) are permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Violators will be permanently banned.
-
Public displays of affection are not acceptable. This includes sitting on laps, making out, and inappropriate dancing (grinding, moshing, dirty dancing, twerking, etc.).
-
Outside food and drink are not allowed.
Communication & Concerns
-
Any complaints or concerns during an event should be brought directly to a Planning Committee member or chaperone.
-
Respectful communication with Timeless leadership is expected from both parents and teens.
-
Families can expect the same respect and courtesy in return from Timeless volunteers and leadership.
Consequences for Violations
-
First offense: Warning or parent contact (at Timeless discretion).
-
Second offense or serious misconduct: Immediate removal from the event with no refund.
-
Severe or repeated violations: Suspension or permanent ban from all Timeless events.
-
These rules apply to all attendees, including the children of Timeless volunteers and board members. If our own kids do not follow the rules, they are subject to the same consequences, including suspension or banning.
Ticket Policy
-
All ticket sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will not be issued for removal due to misconduct.
Respect for Other Organizations
Timeless recognizes and celebrates the many wonderful homeschool events and organizations in our community. We remember when opportunities for homeschool teens were limited, when dances, socials, and enriching activities were scarce, and families often had to choose between “nothing” or long drives. Those days shaped us and remind us why this work matters.
That is why we want there to be more opportunities. We want homeschool teens to have options, variety, fun, and a true sense of belonging. The more experiences homeschool kids have, the stronger the next generation of homeschoolers will be. Their confidence, friendships, and memories will keep the movement vibrant for years to come.
We deeply respect the work of other groups and will never ask teens to choose between Timeless and anyone else. No teen will ever be excluded from Timeless for participating elsewhere. That is simply not who we are.
If you cannot attend one of our events because you are supporting another, please know it does not hurt us, we are genuinely happy for your family. In fact, we see it as a victory. We love that the homeschool world has grown so much that families sometimes have to choose between great events. Not long ago, this level of activity didn’t exist.
Many of our volunteers and board members homeschooled during that earlier season. We remember the lack of options, the small gatherings, the missed experiences, and the desire for more. That is exactly why Timeless Homeschool Events was created to help build a community where homeschool teens have abundance, not scarcity.
Today’s many activities and organizations are a blessing! A sign of growth, strength, and a bright future for homeschooling.
Our mission has always been the same: to strengthen and preserve homeschooling by giving teens positive memories, meaningful friendships, and rich opportunities.
When homeschoolers thrive, the movement thrives for generations to come.
Our Commitment
Timeless is here to provide a drama-free, safe, and joyful environment for every attendee. By purchasing a ticket and entering a Timeless event, families agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and Event Policies so that together we can create experiences filled with respect, kindness, and lasting memories.
